In order to study the production technical conditions of Lycium barbarum juice in low temperature environment, colloid mill, high pressure homogenization and membrane separation were used. In order to control the quality of total polyphenols on Lycium barbarum juice, the results showed that: multifunctional low-temperature colloid mill was used to grind it twice for 6 min each time; Under the conditions of high pressure homogenization of 70MPa, high pressure homogenization for three times, the flow rate of ceramic membrane with fineness less than 0.1um is 100mL/min, the flow rate of 10000Da organic membrane is 80mL/min, and the operating pressure is 18kg, the total polyphenol content of the juice is the highest, which can keep its original ecology and effective components. The optimum technology is to make full use of Flammulina velutipes resources and improve its postharvest value. Taking Flammulina velutipes roots as test materials, the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out. To optimize the colloid mill grinding of CN.HAOSTAR multifunctional colloid mill for extracting protein from Flammulina velutipes root by assisted enzymatic method. The optimum extraction parameters were as follows: the grinding gap of JM-LB80 colloid mill was 20-50μm, the amount of cellulase was 40 mg/g, the ratio of liquid to material was 10∶1(m L/g), and the enzymolysis time was 100 min. The extraction rate of Flammulina velutipes root protein was 1.326%. Enzymatic extraction of Flammulina velutipes root protein by colloid mill is simple, and the extraction conditions are mixed, which is convenient for industrial production and has practical promotion value. Except the motor and some parts, all the parts in contact with the materials are made of high-strength stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, 2205 and alloy steel. Especially, the key dynamic and static grinding discs are strengthened, so they have good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which makes the processed materials pollution-free, hygienic and pure, and can also be customized according to the special requirements of users.
